Jennifer
was born and raised in Evansville and
graduated from Reitz Memorial High
School in 1994. From 1994 until 1997,
she attended Indiana University –
Bloomington and began her studies in
liberal arts. In 1997, Jennifer earned
her Bachelor of Arts in English and
History and graduated with High
Distinction. |
Upon her
graduation, Jennifer was inducted into the academic
honor society, Phi Beta Kappa. In 1997,
Jennifer attended the Indiana University
School of Law – Bloomington and earned
her degree of Doctor of Jurisprudence in
1999.
After earning her law degree, Jennifer worked in
Bloomington, Indiana as a Legal Advocate
for victims of domestic violence and
sexual assault. In 2001, Jennifer
returned to Evansville and joined Berger
& Berger as an associate attorney.
She was named a partner of the firm in
2006.
Currently, Jennifer is a member of and sits on
the Board of Directors for the
Evansville Bar Association and is slated
to co-chair the 2007 Law Day Dinner.
She previously served as the Young
Lawyers Chair of the Evansville Bar
Association and co-chaired the 2006 Law
Day Student Luncheon. She is a
member of the Indiana State Bar
Association, the Indiana Trial Lawyers
Association and Brooks Inns of Court and
is currently a volunteer for the Albion
Fellows Bacon Center.
Jennifer is admitted to practice in the Indiana
Supreme Court, the United States
District Court, Southern and Northern
Districts of Indiana and the United
States Court of Appeals, Sixth and
Seventh Circuits.
Jennifer's areas of practice include Personal
Injury Law, Labor and Employment Law,
Family Law and Civil Litigation.
