Mark was born in Evansville, Indiana on
August 31, 1951. After growing up in
Haubstadt, Indiana, he attended Indiana
University where he received a Bachelor
of Arts degree in 1973. He graduated
Cum Laude from Indiana University School
of Law – Bloomington |
in 1976. Mark was admitted to the
bar in 1976 and is a member of the
Evansville and Indiana State Bar
Associations and the Indiana Trial
Lawyers Association. Mark has served as
attorney for the Town of Haubstadt since
1979, is the attorney for the Town of Elberfeld and teaches Constitutional Law
as an adjunct professor at the
University of Southern Indiana.
Mark serves
the community through his involvement in
numerous organizations including his
past service on the Board of St.
Benedict's School and his appointment to
the Historic Preservation Commission by
Mayor Frank McDonald, on which he served
until 1996. Mark currently serves on
the Board of Directors of the Court
Appointed Special Advocates and is a
past president of the Board of Directors
of Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Outreach
ministries and Evansville Parks
Foundation. He is also a past recipient
of the Evansville Bar Association Doran
Perdue service award.
Mark has
been admitted to the Indiana Supreme
Court and the United States District
Court, Southern District of Indiana, the
United States Supreme Court and the
United States Court of Appeals, Seventh
Circuit.
Mark
practices Personal Injury Law, Civil
Litigation and Municipal Law.
